What's Happening to Grandpa?, is about Kate's Grandfather getting a disease that affects his memory. It affects the brain when people get older. Kate is the oldest and she knows to always stick up for her family. She does not know why her Grandfather is repeating the same stories about his childhood over and over again. Then her mom tells her . . . What is the disease? What do Kate and grandpa do at the end of the story? What do her friends' grandparents do? find out when you read the book! I think this book is sad but also a very nice book. If you like calm books, you should try this book.
